Method
- Pop the corn in oil. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt sugar, butter, and syrup. Boil until golden.
- Remove from heat. Add baking soda, salt, and vanilla. Stir quickly.
- Pour caramel over popcorn. Mix well.
- Spread on a tray. Bake at 250°F (120°C) for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes.
- Cool completely. Break into pieces. Enjoy!
